Not Syncing Todoist Labels with Tags

🐛 Describe the bug

Todoist integration is not properly syncing Tags and Labels.

Expected behaviour

I have a label DailyGoal in Todoist, and a corresponding tag in toggl, named the same, DailyGoal. I expect that when I start tracking time on a Todoist task, the label should match the tag in toggl, similar to how projects sync. This is not happening.

This issue makes me suspect that this behavior is broken.

Steps to reproduce

1. Have DailyGoal label in Todoist
2. Have DailyGoal tag in toggl
3. Click toggl button on task in Todoist
4. Expect toggl tag to be auto-populated
5. ☹

Other details or context

I've tried this on existing Todosit tasks and new ones. Have tried removing and adding the label as well.
