feat: redesign daily report view with dark theme and proper markdown parsing

Rewrite markdown-to-HTML converter with line-based parser fixing:
- Table rendering (proper thead/tbody, separator row skipping)
- List grouping (consecutive items in single ul/ol)
- Blockquote support
- Frontmatter parsing (metadata extracted to header)

Add dark theme matching dashboard, date navigation (prev/next),
status badges (Normal/Caution/Critical), print support, and
dynamic network name from NEXT_PUBLIC_NETWORK_NAME.
