Tokens update in a wrong place

How do I resolve this issue?

When I clicked update button, there are some color tokens assign in a wrong place
As you can see in the picture, before updating, there is no color filled in the layer (1)
but after I clicked update (2), the color tokens automatically filled in the layer (3)
