Can you style a border/stroke?

I'm thinking I'll have to use box shadow and a mix of border-width values projected into the "border" thickness I want and I have the area for the color tokens.

For cards, notifications, buttons, alerts it's perfect that I have radius, fill, typography, box-shadow, border width but I just can't figure out how to do border color

For the stroke, I read up some more and found it's just a simple right click. Lovely!!!
