Compositions won't be created as variables

I'm trying to create variables using tokens studio plugin, and I have tons of compositions my DS depends on but won't got created when I click create variables. Is this something that will be supported in the future, or it's simply not going to happen?

Figma doesn't support composition tokens. Once they ship support, we will add support for it.
