Cannot run in Development

I am working in an environment with limitations on 3rd party plugins at the moment, and to use this plugin I am required to use it in Development. It was working a while back, however right now when trying to use this plugin in Development, I am getting the error, "Unable to load code: Error", "Open Console".

Is there a fix/workaround for this?
