Use latest rust for wasm tests

Currently we're seeing wasm test failure since rust 1.89.0 release, so we should fix this.
We should revert #7518 once we can confirm that our wasm tests work fine on the latest Rust version.

We probably need to add ignore-wasm annotations to the failing doctests. (Example: tokio-rs/bytes#790. See drager/wasm-pack#1518 (comment) for more.)
