Un-ignore temporarily-ignored tests for `wasm32-wasip2`

Assuming #7933 lands, we'll want to un-ignore the temporarily-ignored tests in that PR once the referenced wasi-libc PRs have made it into a wasi-sdk release and then into a stable Rust release. Specifically, the tcp_stream.rs and udp.rs test files contain such tests, which can be identified by the "temporarily disabled for WASI" string in their ignore messages.
