Support linux/ARM64 with Docker distributions #170

Hi there 👋 ,
We've started experimenting w/ this project internally over at Auth0 by Okta, but one issue we are currently encountering with adopting this is better Docker distribution support for linux/ARM64 chipsets.
It seems the last time one was published was a while back here:

Can you possibly ensure linux/ARM w/ your release pipeline? This would make adoption far easier for us.
