Spline control points don't appear on Sketch on surface Mapped sketch

When I create a Sketch on surface and I edit the Mapped sketch, if I create a B-spline, it does not display the controls points and circles, making it hard to edit the spline.

The same for Ellipses. Tested in 0.21.1 and 0.21.2 - the control points aren't shown. For the plain Sketches (not mapped to a cylinder) both spline and ellipses work as expected.
