[Suggestion] Add Heat Values To FLiBe Salt Fuels In JEI/HEI #871

Description

@ImNotEvenAngry

After I started writing this I checked out the book in game and saw that Molten Salt Reactors are (WIP) and useless? They exist in Enigmatica 2: Expert -Extended, so I'm unsure if their functionality might be added by something else on top of NC:O? The Plannerator tool also supports designing salt reactors and does provide the heat values.

Currently heat generation values are shown for fuel pellets in JEI/HEI, but not for the salt fuels. It would be convenient to be able to see the heat values for each of the salt fuels in JEI/HEI to know how much cooling is needed when designing a reactor for a fuel, or if a fuel might be too hot, etc.

If you use a fuel that is too hot for your reactor, the reactor seems to just set at 0% efficiency, doesn't process any coolant, and just overheats. It isn't obvious what the problem is because you don't know the heat generation values for the fuel being used. The overheating is expected, but I would have thought it would still at least process coolant while it was overheating?
