Usage of httprobe:
  -c int
        set the concurrency level (default 20)
  -p value
        add additional probe (proto:port)
  -s    skip the default probes (http:80 and https:443)
  -t int
        timeout (milliseconds) (default 10000)
  -v    output errors to stderr

# go version
go version go1.15.6 linux/amd64
# uname -a
Linux kali 5.9.0-kali2-amd64 #1 SMP Debian 5.9.6-1kali1 (2020-11-11) x86_64 GNU/Linux

Hey, I had the same problem.
As far as I understood, go get will by default try to install the last tagged version, which is 0.1.2 for this repo and the flag was added after this tag.
So to make it work you have to do the following:
go get -u github.com/tomnomnom/httprobe@master

With Go 1.7+ go install github.com/tomnomnom/httprobe@master worked for me.
