In function tide_solid in file ppp.c you have the following permanent tide correction.

du=0.1196*(1.5*sinl*sinl-0.5); dn=0.0247*sin2l;

But according to the provided reference, shouldn't the constants be negative, according to Equations 18a and 18b from the referenced IERS technical note? (https://iers-conventions.obspm.fr/archive/2003/)
