Cannot get Virtual account number BCA

I found a bug this morning, i wanna pay with bca virtual account in sandbox, and the virtual account number didnt appear at all, but in other days the virtual account number seems to work fine, any sugest for this ?

Same case when user want to pay with alfagroup, the qr didn't appear
