`wily build` alway return `No data collected` for all operators

Regardless of where the build command is executed (whether it is filesystem for a git folder). It is always says No data collected. I have tested it on host and also from inside the container. But the result is the same. I have the analysis of module level. But I don't have the analysis for function level inside the module.

wily index is OK there no problem in output of it:

I encountered this where wily rank only returned the top-level scripts (setup.py etc) despite running wily build src/.

I had this issue on windows on a clean conda environment (conda create ..., pip install wily),

When I switched to WSL I still get a lot of 'No data collected' messages; however I do get the expected output from wily rank

Thanks for the reports! I'd like to investigate this, but cannot reproduce the issue.

Could you provide more repro steps, detailing Python version, wily version, installation steps, a repository for which this happens, the exact command used to build, the commands where the error is visible, the exact unexpected behavior observed, etc.?
