Deploy to Heroku button not working

Fails under the Build App section of deployment, this is trying to create a brand new app on Heroku

Yes, it seems to be: just clicked it again and got:

! Push rejected, failed to detect set buildpack https://github.com/tonycoco/heroku-buildpack-ember-cli.git

To be fair though, I had given up trying to use this long ago.
