File:How do astronomers use ultraviolet light to make discoveries-.webm is just 11 seconds but the original video is much longer.

Is this a bug in video2commons or in something else?

Maybe that bug is also what caused the 0 sec video uploads by User:OptimusPrimeBot such as this or this.

Unlikely, that one was a bug of my bot who asked video2commons to import a .jpeg file as webm video.

Is this the only occurrence we've seen? I see a bug in yt-dlp where this happens with recent live broadcasts, but the source video in question is 7 years old and only 2 minutes long, so I'm doubtful it's that. I wonder if the download got interrupted and yt-dlp decided that was fine and continued on business as usual.
