bug: Player starts at beginning rather than playing highlighted notes

What happened?

With a file open in the software, I dragged a rectangle around the notes in several measures in the third line of music image. This highlighted the notes for that line. I clicked on Play and the music began playing from the beginning of the piece rather than playing the notes I wanted to hear. As a second "problem / bug", in v.0.34 it is difficult to highlight a small section of music. When I try to drag a rectangle around just a few measures, part way through a line of music, notes in the measures preceding those measures are also highlighted.

What did you expect to happen?

I expected it to play the highlighted notes and bypass the beginning lines that I didn't need to hear.

Reproduction steps

1. Left click with mouse and drag a rectangle around the image of the notes of interest. This was at least 4 measures long
2. The notes were highlighted.
3. Clicked on play
4. The music played from the beginning rather than the notes that were selected.
5. If I repeat the steps above, but drag the rectangle around the letters of the abc "code" it does play the notes of interest.

Thanks for the report.
Note: note-level highlight/selection directly on the score staff is currently not supported as a playback selection source in ABCarus. At the moment, scoped playback is driven by editor text selection / Focus range controls, not by clicking-dragging note rectangles on the rendered staff. We will keep this issue open to track proper staff-side selection support.

I didn't know you could select from the ABC text pane, BTW, so I didn't test it.
