Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the URL http://127.0.0.1:5000/
2. Click 'Load Configuration' Tab
3. Drag and drop a config file
   sadsad.zip
4. Click PREVIEW
5. Click EDIT
6. Go to 'MORBIDITY CONFIGURATION'
7. Expand the 'Add Diagnosis' and check the selection

Actual Result(s)

• After loading and editing the config file won't display the selected 'Diagnosis' as checked in the drop down

Expected Result(s)

• Must display the selected values as checked in the drop down
