Actual Result(s)

• Enter decimal values for 'No. of Patients' converted into whole numbers > 4,550

Expected Result(s)

• Must display a validation message must remove the decimal value and display only the whole number
• For example, if the user enters 45.50, must round as 46 NOT 4,550
