ClamAV Database Update fails

Thx for this fantastic timesaver.

There is one annoying error: ClamAV Database Update fails.
I can reproduce the failure manually by running freshclam without sudo:

ERROR: Failed to open log file /var/log/clamav/freshclam.log: Permission denied
ERROR: Problem with internal logger (UpdateLogFile = /var/log/clamav/freshclam.log).
ERROR: initialize: libfreshclam init failed.
ERROR: Initialization error!

Running freshclam with sudo uodates the database as intendet. So I assume topgrade don't sudo freshclam.
Is this a bug or can I do something via topgrade.toml?

My setup:
Ubuntu Ubuntu 24.04.2 LTS x86_64
zsh 5.9 (x86_64-ubuntu-linux-gnu)
