Sortable broken due to double isolated scope

Currently the scenario view directive and the sortable directive need to be placed on the same element. Since both directives require an isolated scope due to their need for explicitly being linked to the scenario list, this makes sure one of them won't work.

A potential fix is broadening the template scope of the scenario view directive to also include its parent list item block, thus ensuring the scopes will not conflict. This also improves reuse and decreases duplication of template code.

I'm not sure what you are referring to here. Also, sortable doesn't actually have an isolated scope.
