Check pvc-autoresizer works after KEP-4650 become alpha #309
Description
What
In KEP-4650, it is proposed that the behavior of overwriting PVC by editing sts. Check this behavior conflicts with pvc-autoresizer and causes any problems.
How
- Add a test case that sts and pvc-autoresizer edit the same PVC.
