Mailto text link double encoding

If the text for mailto links contains special characters, the text will show as the HTML encoded equivalent.

If the link is defined as:

[<Mail To Text> "&" Special Chars](mailto:test@test.com)

It will display on the users screen as:

<Mail To Text> "&" Special Chars

This only happens for mailto links.
