v1.0.3 unusable on arm64

Hi there,

just tried to install and use cspy on an arm64 system but received an ImportError complaining about missing an arm64 version of the _pyBiDirectionalCpp.so file.
I've got it working for now by cloning the repo onto the arm64 machine, building the package with make p in the root dir and then installing the .whl manually.

Is it possible to directly include the arm64 arch into the distributed package?

Thanks for the issue.
There's a python 3.10 wheel on pypi. But I have to build these on my local machine as GitHub doesn't have arm64 machines for ci - (at least that was the case last time I checked).
What python version are you after?
