Merge #1455: Remove contract workflow

bc9942f ci: [#1454] remove contract workflow (Jose Celano)

Pull request description:

  Since we have moved most of the tests to workspace crates, the report only contains a few tests. Therefore, I think it's not useful anymore. It's consuming resources and making the execution of PR checks slower.
