Pressing "Update Settings" does nothing, cannot set scraping method

After my disk became full, my scraper settings got erased. I cleared out more than enough space, I tried rebooting, updating to v2.0.7, using different web browsers, but the "Update Settings" button no longer does anything at all. Nothing in dev console or network tabs. Nothing being received in the server log.

SerpBear version: v2.0.7
Browsers:

• Edge 138.0.3351.95 (Official build) (64-bit)

I was able to fix the issue by deleting settings.json (0 bytes) on the docker volume, it must have been corrupted or something when the filesystem was full. Leaving issue open since it would be better if the software could detect and self-fix.
