--graph-output does not respect --depth or --packages arguments

Are you running pipdeptree in a virtual environment?

Describe the problem

pipdeptree -p foo -d 1 --graph-output png > file.png should produce a fairly small graph and it does so in stdout. However the generated graph is still huge when using --graph-output

This is because the original implementation only supported text and freeze outputs:

-d D, --depth D limit the depth of the tree (text and freeze render only) (default: inf)

Making this a feature request. Seeing there's interest in -d being used for other formats we should just implement it for all outputs (except json format since its just a flat representation). I'll look into this when I get the time.
