Implement a GUI in Scala on top of tox4j LLAPI and/or HLAPI #130
Description
Depending on the maturity of HLAPI, this project may or may not use it. This depends on when the GUI is started.
For pretty GUIs, it may be worth investing some time in Qt Jambi. There is opportunity for making a nice Scala interface for it (as such a thing does not yet exist).
This project would exercise the HLAPI, if it is ready. If HLAPI is not ready when this project is started, it can help as guidance for the HLAPI design by defining requirements.
