[Bug] BetterModel throws errors related to Citizens during server shutdown

I’m getting repeated exceptions from BetterModel during server shutdown. The errors are triggered when Citizens NPCs are being cleaned up, and they appear to be caused by BetterModel intercepting entity removal at the wrong time.

The issue only occurs during shutdown, not during normal operation. It seems BetterModel attempts to modify or access model data for NPC entities after Citizens (or the server) has already begun unloading them, causing exceptions.
