Make all worker boolean options follow --xxx/--no-xxx convention

Currently when invoking using image_optim binary, all boolean options expect value true or false (or abbreviations), they should instead follow convention of --xxx to enable and --no-xxx to disable without value. Current behaviour should preferably be deprecated and kept optional.
