RTSP not working in Nightly Build nightly-20260118

Description

I had to roll back to Nightly-20260113 as RTSP would not work after updating Nightly-20260113

If RTSP issue, please provide exact make and model of your RTSP source device (camera etc)

Expected behavior

Expectin RSTP to connect

Actual behavior

Shows unavailable. When testing stream in VLC it works as expected. When reverting to 20260113 is works as well

Possible Solution

Reverting to 20260113 fixes the issue

What should I set the logging level to in the config.yaml as its not currently logging by the looks of it:

I will then update the log level and update to the latest version again and send the logs over

I have no logs folder in the addon folder

Okay so it sounds that you are maybe using HomeAssitant addon, I have never used it so I don't know how it actually works. But since your config file shows that console logging is enabled relevant messages should be in journald. Could you try to see if journalctl -S yesterday | grep -i ffmpeg returns anything?

This should output all log messages since yesterday with ffmpeg string in them

@tphakala I think I am having the same issue. I'm testing with the android app IP Webcam Pro which supports remote connections (http/rtsp). I get an error message when trying to configure. I attached my audio log and a screenshot of the dashboard. If you think this might be a different problem I can open a new issue
