[Banco de dados] Background job to regularly remove changesets associated with failed imports #56
Description
For example, when a large feed import failed, crashing Sidekiq. Would be good to have a background job that comes in every day or so to remove the changesets associated with a failed or incomplete FeedVersionImport or set of FeedScheduleImports.
