Scrolling issue

Hi,

there's a scrolling issue with the traccar manager app.

when you use the app for a while, stops letting you scroll on any list (devices list or devices menu, users menu, command list when you want to send a command... etc).

any list.

I tested the app on this devices:

xiaomi note 13 pro
samsung s25
samsung a55

if i use the browser this does not happen, only with the official app or source code made apps

Yeah, that's a known issue. I believe it's some problem with the WebView.
