Doesn't work on Windows 10 #91

- Yes, I've searched similar issues on GitHub and didn't find any.
What did you do?
Installing any of the WIndows containers on Windows 10 fails, because ltsc2022 is too new.
Windows needs ltsc2019 at maximum, both for windowsservercore and nanoserver.
What were you expecting?
Windows 10 is not dead yet, some 40% of Windows users are still on it. Dropping support for it is not okay.
What version are you using?
None, it doesn't install.
What is your environment & configuration?
