when made the algo vpn and it working i pressed on london by any chance can i change it to USA or france without having to make another vpn?

You must redeploy.

You don't have to reinstall the Algo scripts, just run ./algo again and choose the region you want. After Algo completes you'll need to reconfigure each of your clients with the config files Algo will have generated for the instance in the new region.

Then remember to log in to your cloud provider and delete the instance in London that you no longer want so they don't keep charging you for it.
