Presence or absence of 'fallback' stations

In case of disruptions on the tracks operators sometimes reroute passengers with specially chartered buses.

These trips sometimes shows up in IT systems with different UIC codes matching the corresponding bus stop.

Should such "stations" be included in this repository ?
