Need help in creating volume with docker service command

I'm trying to create a service with docker service command and would like to know how to pass driver options.

Below is how I pass in yml file

volumes:
data:
driver: glusterfs
name: "data/data"

[aslev]

--mount type=volume,volume-driver=PLUGINALIAS,source=gfssource,target=/containermount \
