Add a support for capacitor 8

The library is not supporting the capacitor 8. Getting the dependancy conflict issue while upgrading to the capacitor 8

The plugin author is on Christmas break and mentioned in my issue that they're going to work on it after the holidays :) #376

Just sharing info since it might be helpful - but basically Capacitor 8 is out of reach until next month by the looks
