"Today" line on timeline doesn't line up #68
Description
Today, June 6, I checked the shutdown tracker. Looking at the timeline, I thought there were no shutdowns, since the "today" line didn't intersect any colored boxes. However, when I scrolled down, I realized that the orange line Wellington-Back Bay shutdown was still active. Either the "today" line or the colored boxes are being put in the wrong place on the timeline—either way, they don't line up.
