New Homepage Graphs

The T is doing well! So most of the charts are trending to 105% of pre-covid service and speeds (but ridership still low)

Because of this, we may want to refocus how we organize the homepage data to show what's still left to improve, and perhaps stop referencing 2019. Perhaps a moving target that includes data as recent as 1 year ago, so we can always push the T to be better even when they do improve

We also want to include new stats, like delays and perhaps any other stats we can find that shows the true performance of the T
