Determine cause of missing weekly trip metric datapoints #1031

Describe the bug
It seems there are missing datapoints in the weekly delivered trip metrics tables. See this PR for more details: #1030
That PR fixes the issue on the frontend, but the root solution would be to determine why for some lines (like the green line) we have data with values of 0 for days with no data, and on other lines (red line) there is just no data for that week.
