docs: add READMEs for 8 public-facing repos

New READMEs for travisbreaks-site, travisbreaks-blog, anemone-chorales,
deep-cuts, and timeline. Full rewrite for creative-lab (was boilerplate).
Updated Kimi_Agent_Mandala and sovereign-matrix with screenshot refs,
live demo links, and portfolio footer.
