Which does not use websockets

I'm open to the idea of expanding the use-case however.

I like the current project but why limit it to just OpenAI. This project has the potential to be used in various places including LiveKit: https://docs.livekit.io/agents/integrations/stt/
If you can have multiple end points out of the box to support other providers, it would be great.
Moreover, even for OpenAPI, there is an option to support streaming, but it doesn't work Out of the Box here.
