Service fails to start on Ubuntu Focal #279
Description
systemd[1]: /lib/systemd/system/td-agent.service:20: PIDFile= references a path below legacy directory /var/run/, updating /var/run/td-agent/td-agent.pid → /run/td-agent/td-agent.pid; please update the unit file accordingly.
It seems that the path the service writes the PID to is deprecated and should move to /run/td-agent.
