UX experience for mobile assessment 

For the mobile assessment, once I click on a judgment, there's a message that says "Success! Stored/Updated the relevance judgment". Let's see if we can improve this UX.

Are we able to auto-close the browser tab so the assessor is taken back to the DM window directly?

If not, how about displaying a big "checkmark" or "x" or something like that to make the feedback more apparent?
