Upgrade to Kubeflow v1.10.1

First of all, Thanks for such an amazing repo.
I'm able to deploy kubeflow, this easy via helm charts.

But I see this repo uses 2 versions older kubeflow.

I'll be happy contribute the latest v1.10.1 version for this repo.
Let me know your thoughts on this.
