Manage credentials using Microsoft's Microsoft.PowerShell.SecretsManagement Module

Microsoft recently released a new module, Microsoft.PowerShell.SecretsManagement, for managing secrets and credentials.

Work to use this module should coincide with moving to using credentials, rather than username and password strings, as mentioned in issue #19 .
