[Feature]: upgrade examples to react-day-picker v9

What problem does this feature solve?

Current examples don't work with projects on react-day-picker 9
useDayRender in particular has been removed and importing it results in an error

What does the proposed API look like?

Update dependency to v9 and rewrite usages of deprecated hooks and types

I went through a did the upgrade for the npm version of this library as we needed it for something. Someone should be able to adapt those changes for this version.
