Add TLS and basicAuth support

Is it possible to add basic authentication and TLS support over web.config-file ?

I'm open to a PR. I no longer have E-Series hardware so unable to fully test this exporter locally.

Ok. I will try to add this feature, and fix others bugs with the web services API.
